The vision of Purefect
The vision on this series is to be counteractive on a culture that is so heavily sedated by the mindset of the world by revealing a mystery that is worth the cost (1 Peter 3:17) and exposing a lifestyle and future that should be had by all human kind that calls Jesus Lord. A lifestyle and future that is perfect by partnering a new mind set in a youth with their parents in this adventure. Our goal in this is to create a series that exposes the truth of; sex, dating/marriage, online freedom, and the perfect life. Jesus tells us to be both pure (1 John 3:3) and Holy (1 Peter 1:16) and it is our belief that in the pursuit of these things we are able to find and live the perfect life regardless of what the world says on this topic, because to the natural mind a pure and holy life style today is impossible and really just nauseating, but if that were the case it would be unfair and really just uncool for God to tell us to be these things. It is possible! Overall, purity is a lifestyle so much more than a physical act, it is a mindset that is required so that it is possible to live and have the Purefectlife where God almighty is leading our kids from glory to glory! We want to tell our youth about the life that they can have, not one they can't!
PUREFECT Conference
We as a church are so excited to be able to do our first purity conference. Our goal with this is to be able to #1 pour into our youth every truth to break every worldly lie on this subject so that not knowing for sure isn't the reason that they try things that later they'll wish they hadn't now and into college. So they are EXTREME in their purity (that is their walk with Christ, Matthew 5:8 says that the pure in heart will see Christ). #2 We want to partner parents with their students on this topic in an environment of freedom and grace because we believe that as a church we can only help our kids so far (even by pouring all that we possibly are able to pour into them) but if parents back this purefect thought and partner with their kids past this series all of the sudden this isn't just a good idea and something to shoot for but it becomes a reality so that our kids (we call them ours because we claim them and believe in them and pray for them every day too) have the greatest chance at living in the most successful and unregretful life as possible! and like that verse says "so that they can see Christ." This is our personal mission for your students because if they encounter Christ – it is a game changer forever! satan looses! (I didn't capitalize his name on purpose because he is little) and God forever gets glory out of their lives! So this conference not only has sessions for our kids but we are also blessed and honored to be teaming up with our senior pastors and will be having parent sessions as well. Family matters to us as a church and this is a purefect (haha) way to partner and increase our spiritual growth within each family unit, as well as our overall church family. Families that grow together stay together.
